Inspection masks with light diffusion to focus light through the bottle and to increase the operator’s focusing specially designed neck profiles to increase visibility of the neck and cork; limited inspection area to improve rejection of faulty bottles; a target system to inspect wine turbidity; each bottle is removed upside down 2 times per cycle. This means each operator can inspect bottles in the same conditions. Quick, no-tools change-over; quick change-over masks; adjustable light intensity for inspecting according to bottle color (white, brown, green) and product type (red, white or rosé wine).
