Principle Of Operation
  • A disgorging system especially designed for automatic lines:
    • PERRIER patented bottle neck handling system
    • Easy-to-clean design
    • Continuous and smooth bottle transfer, no shock
    • Output up to 18, 000 Bottles Per Hour (BPH)
    • Independent machine or triblock with dosing
  • Main features:
    • Stainless steel with gutters around
    • Disgorging stations can be easily removed for maintenance
    • Electrical carousel height adjustment for different bottle sizes
  • Bottle neck is handled by a gripping chuck and finger
  • Disgorging station: driven by the rotary movement of the carousel, the bottles are mechanically inclined through a plastic cam
  • Vacuum system helps cap and ice plug evacuation
  • Foreign object detector on discharge star option and rejection table option.

Once the setup is optimized during the first production run on a given format, it can be exactly replicated during the next changeover.

Our machines are designed to be very lean and use the least possible energy to accomplish the task. PERRIER rinsers are designed to recapture the liquid rinsing media, filter it and reuse it. The longevity of the machine also minimizes waste by ensuring that the resources are used efficiently.
