PERRIER Bottling Machines is a family-owned company focused on innovation. We offer the best-in-class equipment with the lowest cost of ownership. We are resolved to maintain the technical leadership we have achieved over the years.
Serving many different markets, PERRIER machines earned a stellar reputation and became business standards for quality, very high reliability & very lowest cost of ownership over their very long life cycles
Over the last 50 years many Industries came to PERRIER for technical solutions and we have PERRIER equipment operating at diverse industries helping our customers achieve success in many countries of the world.
The PERRIER neck-gripping process facilitates perfect nozzle-to-neck alignment even for containers with imperfect geometry (i.e. leaning neck). This utility, inherent to the design, ensures the nozzle does not come into contact with the finish of the bottle. The risk of chipped finish is therefore greatly reduced. The “No bottle – No Fill” feature is standard on each Filler.
In addition to design considerations, the high quality for which our machines are famous is achieved by selecting the best materials for the application. We also use the most modern manufacturing methods available and make our parts to very close tolerances. Our employees have many years of experience building the equipment to high standards of performance and take personal pride in ensuring the integrity of the PERRIER brand.
The cosmetic industry evolved from a very humble beginning over thousands of years to be a very sophisticated industry today. The formulas are both complex and exact and the product can be fragile. It is important that nothing is lost and nothing added in the packaging process and that the product is subjected to the minimum stress. Our leadership in process integrity management gained in other industries is being leveraged to ensure that the product integrity is protected when processed using our equipment.
Our machines are designed and built to support the most progressive Quick Change concepts. The PERRIER changeover process is a true Quick Change process (not just tool-less) and supports Vertical Start up Concept. Once the setup is optimized during the first production run on a given format, it can be exactly replicated during the next changeover.
Our machines are designed to be very lean and use the least possible energy to accomplish the task. PERRIER rinsers are designed to recapture the liquid rinsing media, filter it and reuse it. The longevity of the machine also minimizes waste by ensuring that the resources are used efficiently.
We take safety seriously and all our machines meet or exceed the safety requirements of the respective jurisdiction. In addition, PERRIER machines feature various safety provisions that might not be required by law, but are very effective in enhancing the safety of the operating crew. We also have experience in supplying machines for hazardous locations in diverse jurisdictions.
We strive to provide the most reliable equipment in the industry, however, even our machines need to be serviced. We have a comprehensive program in place to provide world class service support to our customers. We maintain impeccable records on each and every machine, maintain critical spares inventory and offer fast turn around on tooling. Our service department offers training programs as well as installation and overhaul services. In addition we offer conversion and upgrade kits to ensure that PERRIER machines meet the changing needs of the customer.
The containers are fed into the machine via feedscrew and infeed star. As they enter the main turret the bottles are clamped by the neck. The grippers are made of a high performance polymer to ensure long life and no damage to glass containers. The machine inverts the bottles to the upside- down position, nozzles penetrate the neck of the container and the rinsing begins. The duration of the rinsing phase depends on the media. Where liquid media is used the rinsing time is shorter (liquid tends to be more effective) followed by the draining phase. At the end of the draining phase the bottle is inverted to the upright position and during this inversion the last drops of liquid are vacuumed out. Finally, the bottles are transferred to the discharge star and placed on the discharge conveyor.
