Machine Audits

In most circumstances performing a periodic overhaul to a standard scope is sufficient, but carries inherent risk. If there is abnormal damage to the machine (for example forklift impact) additional parts may be required and there is a risk of delay.

If a predictable outcome is desired, it is best to perform an audit to define the exact scope of the overhaul needed.

The main goals of an audit

• To define the exact scope of the overhaul
• To define the parts needed to perform the task
• To define the downtime required to implement the scope
• To ensure the machine is "PERRIER reliable" until the next overhaul
